Item Availability

All items are subject to availability. Your order will be completed upon ordering and delivered via your chosen delivery method. For campus deliveries, orders are delivered every Friday. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Your order’s total delivery time includes both the time it takes to prepare your order and the shipping time itself. Even with expedited shipping options like Next Day or Next Day Air Saver, there’s still a processing period before your order ships, so delivery the very next day isn’t guaranteed.

Please note: On rare occasion we may experience delays in our production process due to, but not limited to, increases in demand, holidays, third party vendor logistics, work stoppage, power failures, inclement weather, and other variables that could adversely affect this timeline.

Return/Exchange Policy

Because of the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please use our sizing guide or visit us in-store to ensure a proper fit before you buy. For issues with defective merchandise, please call us at 919-626-2445.
